Our pasture-raised ground lamb is sourced from our friends at Rainbow Family Ranching in Sonoma County, where sheep are rotationally grazed on open pastures. Their flock not only produces flavorful, high-quality meat but also plays an important role in natural vegetation management and wildfire fuel reduction throughout our community.
